 I have had the pleasure to know David for approximately two years. For 
 about a year and a half he worked for me as a support technician at 
 Internet America. During that time David's technical knowledge increased
 dramatically. David is a self-starter with enough curiosity to
 accomplish most of this on his own. When he left Internet America he was a
 dependable senior technician that others could go to to resolve complex problems.

 David's other strong point is his commitment to excellence. He strove to

 provide customers with the very best technical support possible. He was 
 willing to challenge existing policies and procedures when he felt it
 was in the customers' best interest.
