To: "Aggie" Message-ID: <1344107411-3277401@206.185.8.131> It has been my pleasure to know David Milner on the internet for quite a while now, approximately 4 years to be exact. In that time, I have gotten to know someone who is very powerful in his caring and respect and strong as well in technology. Through his own special needs, he has adapted to make things work for him and to make them work for others. He has always gone to great lengths to take a realistic situation and adapt what resources he has to make that situation work for him as opposed to just letting it happen to him. Fair minded, and always helpful no matter what the situation. I think these qualities would perfectly suit the needs of a position of adaptive technologies, and I could think of no better person to have in such a position. Respectfully, Andrea Powers
